The folks at NYU I was talking about who run Reel China are Zhang Zhen (Tisch) and Angela Zito (Anthropology). In addition, Wang Qi at Georgia Tech might a good person to contact (you might know her – she did her MA with you guys at MIT, although shifted to UCLA for her PhD), and, if you’re working with Harvard on the project, I know a PhD student there called Qian Ying who works on contemporary Chinese documentary (her email is qian@fas.harvard.edu – everyone else I’m guessing you can find online).
